Atalay 600 Series Undercounter Oven, GN 1/1, 100x60x55 cm, Natural Gas Made of stainless steel. With its stainless steel construction, it is long-lasting and easy to clean. It is hygienic. The resistances in the device operate between 60-300 degrees. It can be controlled separately upon request. The device has a piloted thermocouple control system. Thanks to the thermocouple, the gas coming to the device is automatically cut off when the flame goes out. LPG and NG options are available. There is a 10 mm thick ST series steel plate at the base of the device to distribute the heat homogeneously. > Different products from the same series can be positioned on the product. There are two 530×400 mm wire grills inside the oven. The ventilation chimney of the device is movable and can be positioned according to the product on it.
